In memory of my Dad, Allan Murray and to help all those who suffer with Asthma I am fundraising for Asthma UK by running the Liverpool Rock and Roll Half Marathon in May 2016. This will be the longest distance that I have ever ran. Half marathon
9th June 2016I completed the Liverpool Rock and Roll 5K race on the Saturday followed by the half marathon on the Sunday. The weather was warm and dry. I completed the half marathon in 2 hours 39 minutes and managed to raise just over £700 for Asthma UK in memory of my Dad. Thanks to all who supported me.
